15th Anniversary Ceremony, Vietnam Civilian Women's Ceremony, November 11, 2008
The Heather Constance Noone Memorial Award is being presnted posthumously to the 39 women casualties who died on the "Operation Babylift" C-5A crash, April 4, 1975.

Diane Carlson-Evans, President of the Memorial Foundation, accepted the award plaque created and designed by Charles Wilber.
