Hello, my name on my Vietnam Birth Certificate
which was translated says my name is VO THIEN AN. I was born on December 10, 1974,
my place of birth was Long Chau (Vinh Long). My mothers name is...and my father's
name is not listed. The Declarant's name is Sr. Mary Ursula Lee. However, my name
on my immigration papers say my name is HUGO HYVONG. I was on the first plane
to Colorado when it crashed. I finally arrived to my adoptive parents in April
1975. I know I was put up for adoption at 6 days old and I had a twin brother,
who apparently died. I am not really looking for anyone, but if anyone is trying
